Ligerwolve Designs – Shipping, Payment & Customs Policies
Ligerwolve Designs proudly ships original fine art and limited-edition prints to collectors worldwide. By completing a purchase or placing a deposit, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Deposits and Fees: To secure your artwork or commission, a deposit is required. This deposit directly covers initial material costs and dedicated studio time; therefore, all deposits, administrative fees, and processing charges are strictly non-refundable.
Final Payment: The full outstanding balance of the artwork, including all calculated shipping rates, must be paid in full before the artwork is dispatched from our studio.
Shipping Insurance: Every shipment is fully insured for the total value of the artwork. In the rare event that your package is lost or physically damaged during transit, your investment is completely covered. Please inspect your artwork immediately upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours with photographic evidence of any damage to the packaging and artwork so we can process the insurance claim.
Customs and Import Taxes: Please be aware that all international shipments may be subject to local import duties, customs tariffs, value-added taxes (VAT), or brokerage fees determined by the destination country's government.
Customer Responsibility: Any and all additional customs fees, tariffs, clearance charges, or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in the artwork purchase price or the shipping rate calculated at checkout.
Border Delays: Customs authorities have the legal right to delay or inspect packages at their discretion. Ligerwolve Designs is not responsible for transit delays caused by international customs processing timelines.
Refused and Abandoned Shipments: All international sales are final. If a shipment is abandoned, refused by the buyer due to local import fees, or returned because of an incorrect address, no refunds, returns, or store credits will be issued. By completing this purchase, the buyer explicitly waives the right to initiate a credit card chargeback or payment dispute for any delivery delays, customs disputes, or refused packages.
Uncollected and Returned Property: If an international shipment is forced back to our Australian studio due to customer non-payment of customs fees, Ligerwolve Designs will hold the physical artwork for a maximum of 90 days from the date it arrives back at our studio. We will make reasonable attempts to contact the buyer. If the buyer does not pay the necessary return freight and re-shipping fees within this 90-day window, the artwork will be deemed legally abandoned. Ligerwolve Designs reserves the right to resell, dismantle, or dispose of the artwork, and no refunds or credits will be issued for the original purchase.
